Blogger Changes need to be done ASAP - repost

hi, so i want to make changes to my blog. i have a blogger account. the url is naheedashariff.com. i hired someone and he finished most the work but he is on vacation and i want this to be done asap -I want to change the header to a clearer one -I want to fix the menu so all the posts that I tag as the name of the menu subject will show up when you click on a menu subject. For example of you click "fashion" all the posts tagged "fashion" will show up -When you click on a subject on the menu I don't want the posts to show up. I want it to be so that a list of every post in the subject shows up so you don't have to keep scrolling down. -Also I want to fix the sidebar. I don't have any specifications but I just want it to look better. i will pay directly through paypal so there is no freelancer fee
