Application UI Design

We have an online financial application that has been running successfully for a few months. The application is built in Adobe Flex. We are looking to redesign the application in order to make it look more professional. There will be no functionality changes, so this is a reskinning job only. In essence, we require someone to take the current design as a basis and make it look clean, simple, professional and have that 'wow' factor. Requirements: -For the sake of clarity: this is strictly a design job, not a development job. If you don't know the difference, please dont apply -Must have a porfolio -Some experience in designing financial applications would be preferred, especially with many tabs, subtabs, tables and buttons -Ability to work quickly and precisely -No specific Flex/Flash experience is required, although knowledge on how skins work in Flex would be a definate advantage.
