Adding a few lines of CSS to an exsiting style sheet

This is a five minute job for the right person...

I need you to (1)add the code to my style sheet that will make the footer of my site stay in place during resize. It won't stay fixed in place upon resize.

(2)Do the same for the signature under the headline, it won't stay in place either. That's it!

Easy as pie for anyone who works with CSS...
