customise wordpress theme1

We need to convert a static site into a wordpress. Our requirement. Top part refer to the site below [login to view URL] Company logo,name and menu bar at the header our company color accross from the left to right of the theme like the dark brown color in the sample site. Instead of the sliders in the sample site, A video on the left (about 2/3 of the space) and a sliders on the right (1/3 of the space) the sliders move from top to bottom and we have about 30 banners (testimionials) The site title a(a banner) at bottom of the video/lsider like the sample site. The bottom part will be blog post like the site below [login to view URL] with facebook and some common features (categories, most views) in the side bar. Please quote with graphic and another oprtion without the GRAPHIC as we have our own designer. Should you need further clarification, please contact me.
