I would like to create a Web site that is only accessible by a small group of people. So the home screen would need to be password-protected to get in. The site’s purpose would be for storing information. This small group of people right now has a Yahoo group and they just email articles and photos back and forth to each other. They’d like to contain and archive those articles and photos on a Web site. So I’m thinking the site would contain the following pages: - Regional Articles - Regional Articles Archive - National Articles - National Articles Archive - Photos with captions – able to organize by topic albums - Directory (PDF of contact names and info with option of adding an online database) Most of the articles would be PDFs. Would there be a way to set it up so that we can post and it’d then automatically archive the articles after say a couple months? I’m wondering if we should set up the Articles section as a Blog?? Your thoughts would be appreciated. Please start your response with the word "BONZA" so I know you've read the entire description.

BONZA - I can do what you required about the user has to input password , but my suggestion is creating a login for each user , that way will be more secure and you can create several privileges for different users .
