Blog design/ simple implementation on Wordpress

Innervate LLC is a research and consulting firm in health care digital innovation. We strive to make a positive difference through strategy at private business level and through policy research at social level. We need someone to clean up the site [login to view URL] to make the focus the blog content and whitepapers. We are looking for the project to be complete by end of November 2012. If interested, please review the website and then contact us with how you can help. No fancy development needed but designer must also be able to implement ideas using free/ less expensive themes. Nothing fancy needed. Just basic ways to use themes to highlight the best of the site - blog content and white papers. If it goes well, would like help developing infographics and displaying them on the site along with some graphics. Just email us after looking at the website. Please spend atleast 10 mins looking at the site and 5 mins thinking about how you can improve the site and include those ideas in your email along with your sample work and/or other sites you can make this site look like. Since this is a short easy work, a fixed rate is preferred. Initially the scope of the work is small but can grow if good work is done.
