need someone to develop a disclaimer/popup for my wordpress site. It has to appear on certain pages and should use cookies so that it only appears once (1) per session. It should block out the background so you cannot read the content behind the pop-up. It should be easy for me to use so that I can set what pages the disclaimer/pop-up will appear. I can provide the wording for the disclaimer and only need the pop-up to be developed. I can show examples of what I would like too from other similar websites. Note that I have tried plugins available on wordpress but I am unable to make it work with cookies or find one that suits our needs.
