Design a blog using wordpress

I posted this job earlier and had given it to offered to someone who came back but we had glitch. Now reposting it for this person only. I would like to have someone setup a blog for me. I produced my take on the US elections and sent it out by email to 1,300 emails in my google and other accounts. Scores came back and asked for my take on specific investments. I then prepared this. Thinking of a blog titled, "Allan's Take." I have a close friend who works for Google analytics who suggested it would be best for me to set up a blog. I have put PDF versions of both documents above for you to download. I would like to produce more Allan's Take pieces from time to time and post them on the Blog, I would like people to able to post their comments to my Take's. Also would like to be able to upload a piece from time to time like this investment piece you can download, from the same blog.
