Customizable, template driven eCommerce Software Package

** We're looking to find someone who's up to speed and building great looking and elegant web applications that we've all grown to love. We're looking for a simple, customizable and template driven eCommerce system. Included in this project would be one blank template ready to be modified. This software would need a fairly simple administration dashboard as to make easy changes to the look and feel of the site but to also customize the products and content. We really like the look, feel and usability or applications like wordpress and typepad) In addition, the system would have to incorporate a very simple referral / Affiliate System to track refers. The framework for such a product should be flexible and allow for future add-ons and upgrades. This could also be a great opportunity for longer term work. Must have experience in interacting with Google Maps as well as the experience with safe and secure data storing protocols. Paypal integration and the ability to choose to dump site results to e-mail or to use the CMS solution a bonus. What we're really looking for is an individual or team who can take on this project and deliver with exceptional results.
