I need someone to convert the attached template into a html website.

Please, look at all images, read the notes and make sure that you understood before placing your bid.

The site is pretty simple and almost all pages look the same...as I php coder I have a good idea of how much it should cost..Bid wisely guys!!!

All text should be text (google font).

Every pixel counts...so please respect all spaces, line-heights, font-sizes, etc...
