comic theme website design

I need a website design to design a site with a comic book theme. Design a comic book ideology based uncontemprary site... a landing page design visual of driving up to a new city with a sign board saying WELCOME TO NSRR VILLE ''The New Society Of Rebels'' (insert logo) .. upon clicking the signboard theyre taken to a city replica of a comic book version of a run down/RIOT stricken version of a CITY... the pages will be interlinked with the images on the home page.. with the ideology of a big comic book page spread.. it should have a knocked over dustbin spilling on the floor a sign reading BLOG . Then a concert happening somewhere in the same scenario with a live band on stage and a signboard marking NSRR MUSIC .. next to the concert should be a group of paparazzi and small commotion somehow implementing the sign PRESS & IMAGES ...then in the same city should be a rundown boutique with the sign hanging off saying NSRR STORE, logo prototype will be provided.
