Create New design of page around template

I have attached files of the current registration page I use for my site. I want to create another registration page that fits into this same template but looks completely different. I will end up having both of these pages enter into the same site. This second page must have all the functionality of the first one. We are just changing the graphics and site name advertised. ## Deliverables The attached files are of the original site template. The current page can be seen at bookiebuddypoker.com. The new page you create will be for phantompoker.com. I do not have a specific idea on how I want the page to look. You can see in these files and the new page how much of a change was made so I am open to suggestions. We just need it to be clear that it is a registration page for a poker site. The sites should not look alike or mention one another. Please look up what a "phantom" is if you are not sure.
