Asterisk GUI for queues etc

This is used in a web based CRM system for outbound calling.
Now I want to integrate the inbound functions into that CRM system.
So I want you to create a webpage with the same functions as in freepbx:
Add/edit/list Queues, system recording, ivr and inbound routes. but with the style from CRM.

I prefer that the functions on the new gui can be controlled without affecting freepbx, (reload) but if that’s not possible, we can disable
Freepbx for this.
I also need to be able to translate the field names and descriptions, so I want to keep the text in a file.
Then I need a guide/documentation or installer so the module can be installed on several servers
This is fase one of the project.
Later I will add reporting and statistic and also a call back function, so if you do a good job, you probably will get the next task also.
I have Asterisk 1.8 with freepbx 2.11
Enviroment I s Centos 6, asterisk 1.8 and freepbx 2.11
