adjust template background and fix tags

I need something else done for the site and wanted to know if you can do it and how much it will cost.
My graphics designer added background to my site and updated images. She did all the work but something in the html doesn't work well and she can't fix it.
I have all the files that needs to be uploaded to the ftp.
The second thing is to change the pages' names from "index", "index1", "index2".... to:
"Home", "About Us" "Services", "Contact Us"
