Convert a Template to a Website

I want to develop a website based Tour Package WP template. But this template is missing some functionality like a calendar tour that would set when the tours take are running and with which customer can choose/select the date. So I need to customize the WPtemplate Tour Package to integrate a special day calendar for reservation and also integrate a simple woo commerce plug-in.
