Convert a Template to a Website

Hi, I am a programmer and i work with drupal mostly. I dont have time to work on the design part of the website i build so i am looking for outsource that part to a company i can work with and rely upon. i have been working with [login to view URL] for many years but recently they are very slow and not working as well as before for whatever that it is. I am looking to find another company now and I am in middle of a website that is all programmed I just need to get the theme working. It will be a subtheme based on omega5 (html5 is a most) the only programming that you need to do is only related to the actual them, so if you need a module or something like that that you will need to do. you will need to place everything in the appropriate blocks etc... but the actual website programing other than the them is already done, so you will simply supply the files to me and i will upload them to the server under /sites/all/themes. in other words, its a subtheme, you dont need to create a theme from scratch (less work time and should be a better price) if someone can get in touch with me, i can send you the psd files for desktop and mobile so you can send me your quote. if your quote is good, i will give you a try. if your work is good, i will give you more jobs that i have. thank you and i wait your response. ben
