Convert a Template to a Website For Online Webinar Project

Am tyring to put together an online webinar. This will require me to have an opt in page for a couple of sites. I already i have templates to use. Also i may require you to do a small html copy and paste job. I will need someone who is at least familiar with setting up webinar sites or any webinar related project as an experience. I want someone who can work with me and help me every step of the process to get this project up and runing in a day or two.
