Convert PSD to Wordpress

We have designed our new website and it now needs converting into Wordpress, we require turnaround no longer than a week and the sooner the better. There are 11 pages, however we've already made a start on development and have done the header, footer and homepage. It needs tidying up, but the code is up to a good standard. The website needs to be responsive too. You're welcome to use what we've started or start fresh, whichever is quickest for you.
