Color picker for Printed and solid color Decal Webstore

I have a not-yet-built web store, in which I would like customers to be able to use a color picker to customize their products. I am currently selling items on [login to view URL], and would first be using the page to customize items customers can purchase through Etsy, but would be building my own online shop with its own color picker. One version would send me an email with the color choices (for Etsy purchases), the other version would customize products that the customer can purchase through our online shop. I would like the wall color picker as in this page for both decal custom options, and color picker for solid decals: [login to view URL] For printed decals I would like it to be set up with this functionality (Colors and patterns): [login to view URL] However, I would like for some parts to have limited color options, then others have unlimited options (as in the wall color palette options in the first link) I would also like (if possible) to implement design options. For example, the customer can pick between two styles of trees, can add or remove animals, and arrange the items on the screen to build their product.
