Build a Website - Physical Therapy Services using HTML5/CSS3

I'm looking for a talented web programmer(s) to help build a new website based on an existing company. They currently have a running website with decent SEO, but the interface is sloppy, not user friendly, and as a result has horrible conversion with its online marketplace. I already have a team in place to work on the data gathering, concept, graphics, logo design, writing, etc. We will provide a portfolio with requested capabilities and features written out in detail. This portfolio will include use-cases and necessary media (photos, graphics, etc). The individual(s) hired to make this website happen will be required to follow our written requests and maintain communication at least 2x per week to ensure that the project is moving along smoothly.
