- Shopping Cart

- Full user back end that has the followings:
1. Purchased History Overview and expandable to full detail - Listed in order from oldest to latest
a. include tracking information
b. full individual product detail
2. User Information Management
3. Rewards Points and redemption History
4. Referral History and Information
- Full Categories listing on the Left column
- Search by Brand
- Full customer loyalty/reward program:
1. 3 levels of earning, similar to a pyramid. For example: Purchaser get 2%, the person who referred the purchaser get 1%, and
the person who referred the referrer get .5%.
Admin Back end:
- Full ability to manage and change contents on the store front including:
- the ability to add / delete category, sub categories, brand, products, etc.
- add or delete pages
- manage banners and photos
- manage and change text
- manage reward / loyalty program including:
a. the ability to change reward percentage per categories or brand
b. the ability to reward loyalty points once sales is completed.
- Sales and Discount tool such as:
- the ability to run sales on selected product categories or Brands
- the ability to set discount or sales percent
- once sales or discount is applied, it will show a sticker of the percentage off on selected product categories or brands
- the ability to set discount level for user
- Reports:
- sales report with filter:
a. date range, categories, brand ( listed from highest to lowest )
b. show cost, sales price, and profit (after loyalty point is awarded)
- User reports with filter:
a. New users ( can be filter base on date range )
b. Income and referral per user ( highest to lowest )
- Cancel Items Report
a. filter by category, brand, or most frequent from highest to lowest
- Purchases:
- Incoming purchases will go through the following process:
a. Pending Order Overview Page (consist of all the orders from newest to oldest )
b. Pending Order Full Detail Page ( when admin click or select an order #, it will show all the products for that order. Admin will have the ability to mark each item as confirm, cancel, or back order)
c. When Admin confirm the order, it will charge the customer for just the confirmed items and move that order # to Confirmed Order Page. If Admin select cancel, it will not charge the customer and it will remove the item from the order. If Admin select back order, that particular item will move to Back order Over Page and it will get a new Order #.
d. Confirmed Order Page Overview (Similar to the Pending Overview Page. Admin will be able to add tracking info and finalize the order, then the order # will move to Completed Order Overview Page.)
e. Completed Overview Page (will be similar to Pending Order Overview. Admin will have the ability to issue refund for customer on this page. Again, when admin click on an order #, it will expand the order and show all the product purchased under that order #.
Rewards:
a. Purchaser will get loyalty points
b. Referrers will get their points after 14 days.
