build landing pages

I am looking for a highly experienced designer & expert coder for designing and then creating 25 landing pages (Long time project). We need a landing page designed that converts. If you do not understand basic elements of traffic conversion, please do not bid. This landing page is for Google Adwords PPC/Others campaigns. We will send paid traffic to these pages. We have several main service categories and want a few 'skins' for each of those theme types. The designer/coder will have to provide psds and then slice them up.
