I am a professional software developer. I can spend an agreed upon amount of time looking at the code in an attempt to fix. However, it sounds possibly complex and due to uncertain nature can't promise a complete fix and optimization for such a low budget. At the least I will provide assessment of the code base with suggestions. There is a possibility I could also fix the code partially in time allotted.
