Design website\'s frontpage

I need an original and elegant design of front page of a website (winner may be asked to design the rest of it, but it is NOT a part of this project). Part of project however is the design of logo of website. The winning bidder declares by his bid, that by use of his work no copyright of any third party will be broken. The winning bidder provides to me an exclusive license (copyright) to use his work worldwide. Note: all design, symbols, icons or images must be supplied by bidder.
