Design a front page of ready-made website

Hello All, I need a professional web designer to redesign a front page (only a single page) of my website. The website is about online live tutoring & e-learning materials. The target is students (7th - 12th grades) and also teachers and parents. I'm very unhappy with current design since it's so yesterday and too much corporate look, not attract the audiences. I want something fresh, attractive yet neat and elegant design. It also should match the inner pages theme (mostly white & light blue and green) The final delivery would be an html page & sliced images (original PSD file should be included). It should be w3c validated, table-less design, use html5 & css 3.0 if possible for most part. The bid winner would give me at least 3 sample of designs which I will pick ONE of them, and provide unlimited revisions with no additional cost..
