1 webpage designed with current template for a site. Basically it will be to create a page with 5 links with large graphics to other pages on the site. Designer needs to have good graphics design capabilites and working with images.
Create 1 page from a current template that I will send winning coder. Add 5 links in the center of the page, the 5 links are not basic links but small boxes with graphics of the subject matter and a small write up on the top.
