Custom CMS website w/ custom forms. Programming!

7-10 page Custom CMS website for my moving company. I will need the following: design of site - [this may not be needed but price will be adjusted if so] Mobile version of site custom header with rotating banner 4-6 custom FORMS [some with drag and drop feauture] I am looking for design teams not just one designer. I need this done FAST, I have live demo of EXACTLY what I want but will only screen share on skype. I will only do this once you past the interviewing process. Compatible on ALL browsers, tablets and mobile phones here is one the forms we need done. Will need a buy supply page will be exactly like the form explained above w/paypal checkout For the other form located at [login to view URL] For the functionality of the Labor/Pack Calculator 1. Client fills all required info fields 2. Client chooses - How many movers? 3. Client chooses - How many hours? 3. When they press submit the next page shows the total amount (example if they choose 3 movers x 3 hours @$30 per hour each = $270). 4. We need the form to automatically calculate a $5 Travel Fee for each mover requested as well. In this example 3 travel fees of $5 each or $15 total to add to the $270 for a final total of $285 ($270 for 9 total hours & $15 travel fee for 3 movers). 5. Once they see the quote total page the client has 2 options a) they can book the move by pressing the Book Now PayPal button OR b) they can choose to email the info so we can contact them to confirm date/time & request the deposit. 6. If they choose to book online by choosing the Book Now PayPal button the form should calculate a 20% deposit ($25 minimum - so if client chooses 1 mover for 2 hours total would be $$60 + $5 travel fee & would require a minimum deposit of $25 & not 15% of $65). So for the example above the deposit should be rounded off to $60 ($57 rounded off). I have LIVE demo of all of this stuff.
