Creative designer needed

Here is what I need.

I am producing fishing baits. So far I was using labels, from now on I want to change it with direct print on the package. So I need new design and the demention of the package will be 190/280 mm, so it must fit to it.

I would like creative and eye-catching design.

Please provide me a sample just to make sure you understand what I need and your idea is the right one.

I don't want entire desigm in the sample, just to see your idea, later will assign you the job and will complete the job.

Please if you are not going to provide a sample DO NOT BID.
