Create fairly simple image-based Web site by 9 am tomorrow morning - repost

We were left in limbo by a designer and need, by 8 am tomorrow and no later, to have a Web site posted on our domain. We have a clear idea of what we want. It involves a beautiful and original front page that incorporates flash. We absolutely want flash and are not willing to compromise. We are a boutique international consulting firm with a specialty in the retail, media and entertainment, and financial industries. We want the front page to clearly outline the 2-3 services we offer by sector in a creative way as well as the general services offiered in every sector, the countries in which we offer services, immediate examples of various sizes and shapes of like minded companies that have moved into the region, promotion of our offer to create free five page market research reports for new clients, our advertising about our special access to the Olympics, and an advertisement about our willingness to engage in equity agreements with established brands (bring cool apps and IT into country for revenue split). We want an opt in email list. Then, we want individual pages describing each service, our team, the market, and a ton of social media added. For the flash we were playing around with a chess or tetris concept but you're the artist! Again, if you are interested, please send a mock-up within 1-2 hours, bc this site needs to be READY with a CMS attached at 8-9 AM!!! The following slides should give you an idea of our site. If you do a good job with this, we will likely immediately hire you for another similar project.
