Convert/redesign 19-page dreamweaver site into Wordpress

PROJECT 1. Convert whole site at [login to view URL] into Wordpress or redesign the same. Some design change OK if for the better. Will also need the PDF document at [login to view URL] converted into an online membership form with a Paypal payment function built in to process membership payments. 2. The only social media we'll be using right now for this site is Facebook. You will need to design and setup and create a facebook page/presence for GOPIO (we'll provide most of the text/content). RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS Please check out this site and give me a plan explaining how you will perform this job. This is the second time I've reopened this project for my client. The earlier respondents did not give a proper answer and instead copy-pasted standard template answers. That is not acceptable. I'll need a real answer. The final choice will depend on your answers to the below questions... Please respond only if you want to answre the below questions fully. Do you clearly understand that... 1. You need to be communicate and respond to questions within a maximum of 24 hours? What is your contact telephone (Country + City + local) number and what times could you be called to talked with? Whether you have access to a telephone, will you be able to communicate via Skype? 2. The site must be migrated to or built on a WordPress backend (i.e. with Pages instead of Posts)? 3. The site needs to be cross-browser compatibile (IE, Mozilla, Chrome, etc)? 4. You need to have a plan. How will you phase and perform the work in terms of deliverables and schedule? 5. You will be working quite independantly? Once I provide you the Administrator & FTP credentials to the site domain hosting, which will thus give you access to all the site content, pictures, etc. that are currently on the website. I'll also provide you access to the Paypal account. What other information will you need from me? 6. For this project, in addition to migrating or building the site from HTML to Wordpress exactly as it is in design, there may be some extra work. What, if anything, would you charge for the following (if you do know how and can do it?: 7. You will also need to give a half hour tutorial to my client over a Webex or Go-To-Meeting link I'll provide, on how to add a page or update the content of the existing pages themselves using Wordpress.
