Chinese Mobile app design

We require a smart (preferably chinese speaking) designer to develop a logo, color scheme and PSD designs for a new location-based F&B focused mobile app to be launched in China only. The app will be developed for both iphone and android. We have user flows and wireframes completed and a development team waiting to go. We need the designer to work with our marketing and development team to nail down an exciting and user-centric design approach. Based on the number of wireframes, I estimate about 45 PSD files will be required. However, after the logo, navigation and general layout is confirmed, the other elements should be pretty quick to develop. Apart from a few OS default design differences, the iphone and android versions will be identical.
