Build a new "Post a Project" widget & re-design affiliate page for Freelancer.com

I need two things (budget $65): 1) a "Post a Project" button that can be imported into any website -- with a simple and generic code snippet available for everyone. Requirement: 1. The button should stick on left hand side of all websites. 2. When clicked, the button should open "https://www.freelancer.com/buyers/create.php" in a new tab. 3. The class should be simple so I can reuse for any text and links. Example: "Post a Contest" with url to "https://www.freelancer.com/contest/create_new.php" 2) To celebrate this new feature, let's redesign this page -> http://www.freelancer.com/affiliates/ Requirement: 1. Clear header to describe what they need to do 2. Social media section to easily share the links 3.
