Job Description:
I need an awesome design for my new website [url removed, login to view] I want it to be a teddy bear theme colors doesn't matter but just nicely designed and great graphics.
My idea includes javascript mouseover teddy bear buttons that leads
to different pages a logo and the template. Clipart based, no live bear pictures. Please see a sample of what has caught my eye at:

Payment only after completetion of project. I must have this completed within 7 days as the site needs to go live then.
