Build test site in Bootstrap

I need a coder who can set up a rough template of my site navigation with 3 page templates on the basis of the 'Justified Nav Template' for Bootstrap. I want to test usability in a real environment. I need 3 templates of pages: lists, text, radio button. The site structure contains 16 pages: The HOME page The 3 'Headings' of the 'Justified Nav Template' are linked to the following pages: (2)Heading 1 'NEW TITLES' is a list page - (3)Heading 2 'GUIDES' is a text page - (4)Heading 3 'WHY ?' is a text page We replace the search box with 'Get started today'. We link up to the 'HIGHLIGHTS' page. The Main navigation has 4 items. HOME - PLAY - LIBRARY - ABOUT LIBRARY and ABOUT have a drop down menu.
