Complete Free-Webhosting System needed

Dear Freelancers, I'm currently running one of germans largest free-webhosts. The script beyond it, has become quite old and we want a new one till 2011. Features Required: --Easy and automated user signup and account creation --Administration-Tool to let users configure their website (FTP-Accounts, Databases, Email, Domains) --Integration of a Webmail, WebFTP and PhpMyAdmin for users --Can be scaled up to ~20 Servers. Uses DNS for loadbalancing/spreading the users right. --Piwik Integration to allow users to see stats of their homepage in their admin panel --Community Forum, with bridge to Webspace-Signup and profile functions --Backup System for User(Single Web) & Admins(All Webs) --Evil functions to allow users to copy their files & databases from their old host to us --Commercial Features: Register a new domain, activate allow_url_fopen. Billing System. --Website Builder to allow users to easily create a homepage without skills + CMS Autoinstaller --Integrating this component: http://www.freelancer.com/projects/650328.html --Excellent, brandable, conversion orientated design and a page that can be viewed in all major browsers --SSL-connection when doing critical operations (signup, order sth, configure webspace) --Integration of Security Functions to prevent abuse No ads on the userpages, it needs to be financed by paid-upgrades. What's already there? --Forum System ([login to view URL]), may need a new style, but is basically working fine --Security Functions to block Mailspamming (we hacked the php mail() command and inserted a wrapper with a counter here) as well as DOS protection and abuse notificatons --commercial functions, domain registration, simple billing system based on gsales --DNS Loadbalancing What skills will be neccesarily? --Web Development (Coding & Design) --Server Administration What's the goal? Creating the worlds best and largest Freehost and securing the market before google steps in. I'm thinking to start 8/2010. Hard Work - Hard Cash.
