Dating site signups

I need someone to bring new sign ups on my dating site ([login to view URL]) I already have several thousand members so it'll be easier to get people to register since the site doesn't look empty. This is a FREE site that does not require any credit cards or premium upgrades. All (or at least most) of the members you refer MUST be from Canada (this is a Canadian dating site). We WILL verify it by checking members' IP addresses so if you can't do it, don't bother. I don't have a set budget for this project as it depends on the number of members you can bring in and a time frame. So let me know how many new members you can drive to us, time frame, and the cost. We might choose more than one bidder if the offer is right. If you need us to install a tracking code so you could see how many members you refer, that's possible.
