Busniness Proposal

Hello, I recently aquired a forum that is need of some help. It is sitting on a PR4index and all sub pages are a PR2 I am looking for someone you can find advertisers, and somehow spread the word about the forum so we can generate some traffic and get this forum of the ground. What I am proposing is a type of [login to view URL] you will earn 60% of all the profit the site generates from advertising and perhaps donations dont figure on much if any of those. I see it as a win win situation, If paid advertisers are found then that will generate a good income and if the user count gets up to some good numbers then adsense should make a decent penny or two. I have no plans on selling the site unless it does poorly. So you know you will have something coming in for the next year. At which time if I plan to keep the sight and not sell it then our deal will still stand. If I do sell the site then I will give you 30% of the profit from the sale.
