Incoming Call Arrives to a GOIP with a SIM Card. I need the call forwarded to an IVR that receives the call, greets customer, asks for preferred language, then, ask for order number (8-digits). After that, a URL is called to lookup that order number in a database, and a response code is sent back. Based on the response code, a voice message is played. the call then gets hung up. Bidder must be experienced in creating telephony solutions, IVR's, etc. Preferred Platform is windows, however, if LINUX is a MUST than can perhaps arrange that via Raspberry Pi or any other ATM-capable O/S. Bidder must also know how i should go about configuring my GOIP so that the incoming call gets to the IVR solution he or she is going to create.

hi, that is quite interesting project you have!!. getting the goip to the IVR is not an issue at all, to get IVR do the database search will be also very easy to do on Asterisk ( linux based system) , but if you want to do it on windows we can use 3CX on windows to manipulate the IVR , but if you do it on windows it will cost you software licenses but Asterisk(linux based) is free.
