We need a software for windows based systems Required to handle all our communication - we are using 2GSM connections - 2 hand phones/ cellular phones. If any additional hardware or required kindly specify. What we want to do is what a call is received the caller id should be flashed on the PC screen and when our representative answers the call they should be able to take contact details of the client calling and also make a note of what the call was about. Should be able to send SMS to clients and also automate calls like robocalling
