Creating a Single-Site-Broswer using Microsoft Visual Basic's WebBrowser Control

Please create a Single-Site-Browser (like Mozilla Prism) using Visual Basic's WebBrowser Control. Essentially I need a similar program to Mozilla Prism, but built on IE technology. The program must NOT have: - address bar - backwards and forwards navigation keys - any menu bars But it must: - minimise, maximise and resize - be able to work with activex - be able to work with silverlight - react to zoom via control+ and control- - allow for scroll bars - remember usernames and passwords - allow for opening pages in a new window / indipendent tab - interact with local printers both by cntrl-p and mouse right click - set print margins To tell the program which website to open we can use a text file that is to be saved on the c: drive. The text file could be of the following format: - first line: html address as the first line - second line: top margin for printing (in cm) - third line: right margin for printing (in cm) - fourth line: bottom margin (in cm) - fifth line: left margin (in cm) - sixth line: name to be displayed on the title bar - seventh line: default length (in pixels) the window should open when program is launched (attention: it must be resizable using mouse, but it needs to open at this size when first lauched) - eighth line: default height (in pixels) the window should open when program is launched (attention: it must be resizable using mouse, but it needs to open at this size when first lauched) When the program prints, it must adhere to the margins set in the text files, but it must also NOT diplay any information in the corners like IE does (no URL, no date, no time, etc) I need 5 indipendent copies of the program. i.e. that work indipendently of each other with 5 different text files to control them.
