Auto VSS snapshot program in VB.Net / C#

I need a program that: - creates a VSS snapshot of a specified volume on a predefined schedule, up to the OS maximum of 512 snapshots - runs as a service - provides email notifications upon failure - provides successful email notifications weekly with a table showing the dates of the current snapshots stored on the volume - monitors free space usage, and starts deleting snapshots as free space drops below a predefined amount - monitors open file shares, and delays the creating of snapshots after no files have been opened remotely for a period of time - logs activity - configuration interface - accesses the volume via GUID, in case drive letter changes - VB.Net preferred - Can use AlphaVSS interface
