Animated TV Display Program (Flash / VB.net)

This is an update for software that I already have developed. My software is comprised of two separate applications: 1) The back end program which includes the functionality of the software. 2) An application which displays the item data. This project is for an update to the application which displays the item data. My current software program is a stock market pricing system for every day products. For example, if batteries are selling well the price will rise and the prices of other items will fall. The software program is coded in VB.net. I need the new TV Display program to use a dynamic list of items that I can obtain from my database. In other words, we have to be able to change all values in the display. The item prices are stored in our SQL database. If needed, we can export the data to XML files. The look of the display is extremely important. I've included an image of the current display for you to work off of. I've also uploaded a video I created which shows a rough preview of how I would like the new application to look/function. I have a series of images that display a news set. The images are very high quality so you can zoom and pan without losing much clarity. I'd like the current data display that we have to be placed on one of the TV's in the news room. When the program starts, I'd like to switch to a few of the news room images so the viewer can see the entire news room. Then I'd like to go with one of the wide shots and zoom into the TV Display. This is the view the program will use most of the time. There are some exceptions however. For example, when the prices change I'd like to pan over to a different screen in the news room and show the items that had the largest price change. Again, please take a look at the video which shows a rough preview of my concept for the display. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
