I am lookin for a great programmer to become a long term business partner in the advertisemwnt distribution sector. Note - This is not a paid project, but a search for a like minded individual to be the programming part of the business. I need a fluent programmer who can create a client and server application in visual basic. The client must run silenty on machines and display advertisements as pop ups in internet explorer. The server will dram html from a database and deliver to all connected clients. The client must also be able to download and execute files from a URL.
