We need a simple application displaying our logo transparently on top of desktop, we will provide you the logo image. The size of displaying logo is 90 x 90 pixel and it should be displayed on top center of PC desktop screen transparently and it should be always on top of other windows. Users should be able to move the displaying logo to right or left, but NOT move down. It should keep on top of PC desktop screen.
