A Virtual Assistant to promote my business in universities/colleges in UAE

I am in need of an Emirati national living in the UAE, particularly a University student in need of a part-time job, who can go around and promote/advertise my academic writing service to local colleges and universities. Aside from promoting my business and finding clients for me in his/her local area, my virtual assistant will also be in charge of handling client inquiries and other client support needs. On the side, my virtual assistant will maintain and add to a client database containing records of individuals who are eager or may be eager to have some academic writing work done for them.
