Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): • Work with customers daily via email, chat and phone. • Handle retail customer service inquiries for the English speaking market (depending on language skills. Includes style of glasses, sunglasses, prescription questions, order status, warranty issues, etc. • Patiently answer customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Use problem solving skills to solve customer service issues • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and promotions • Use cultural knowledge of international markets to support the marketing team • Introduce customers to purchase higher priced items, upgrades, or other add-ons to make more profitable sales

I have been with the BPO industry for quite sometime, I could say almost 6 years now. I started as an Outbound/ Telemarketing agent. The first campaign that I was able to work with was an online business search engine in U.S. We are calling business owners/ managers to do business with and promiting thier business online. The second campaign after that was a Singaporean credit card. Wherein we are offering FREE credit card application to Singaporean citizens and permanent residents. I have been in an outbound campaign for 9 months. After that I decided to be part of inboud account. So I joined the Technical Support Team. I became a Technical Support Representative for a total of 3 years, still in counting. And this was the reason why I enrolled my self to CCNA course. I gained the knowledge, skills and expertise in confuration of basic home networking devices, troubleshooting basic home networking issues. I have the hands on training and experience with these home networking devices. Other than taking calls and assisting customers over the phone, I can also set up a home network. I also had an experience as Customer Service Representative for Billing concerns, Pre- paid debit cards, Online store and for Fashion Account. I became one of the recruitment team to hire and evaluate applicants for call center agent position. And also, I was once a Quality Analyst/ Sales Verifier for Sales Account. We listened to inbound and outbound call recordings of agents.
