Create a 1 Minute Powtoon Video

We need someone who can create a video presentation (approximately 1 minute). The topic is a new technology product for education. We have the guidelines, all texts and concepts that we want to describe. We need someone creative that can help us create the drawings, and produce the final video. We have a Powtoon account, that you will be able to create the animations with. Powtoon is a new platform for creating animated videos and presentations - it's super quick and easy to create professional work - that is why we have not provided a high budget. We are looking for someone who can create 1 video for us. It is anticipated that for a qualified eLancer, this project will take less than 24 hours. We will give you the script ideas and voice-over, you will need to put together the video.
