Create short promotional video 90'' & 180'' from existing snippets

JOB DESCRIPTION: Promotional Video Lecturer Create a promotional video in two durations (180" and 90") to advertise the performer of lectures in history for live audiences. You receive numerous snippets of video with duration between 10" and 30". Your job is to mix and match those and create an appealing presentation in two versions (180" and 90") Guidelines: 1. Style: Interesting but serious (no fancy effects) 2. All cases of applause and laughter by the audience must be used, in order to create the effect of an interested audience. 3. Most shots are from a distance, so the speaker is not recognized well. It is part of the job to crop the video clips and show the speaker larger. He should not appear reading his text verbatim however. 4. The focus on the speaker is often blurry. It is part of the job to correct this, whenever possible. 5. Delivery of the final video clips in .mov and .mp4 formats. 6: Music: "What a wonderful world" by Louis Armstrong Music to be used as a secondary element, the volume to reduce in order to allow laughter, applause and snippets of lecture text be heard. 7. All video snippets are from one lecture, but I wish to make it appear it's from more than one. Your suggestions in this respect are welcome.
