Create an animated commercial Video

I need an animated commercial made and was hoping you were open The site is an independent artist site . The theme of the cartoon would be people in dull life busting out into something artistic. Story board would go something like this: Should have a comical feel The tone is very dull, a middle aged man is sitting inside an office cubical .. very board typing on a computer ... he stops typing and starts tapping a pencil. At first no rhythm or pattern, then it becomes like a drum beat. He picks up another pencil and starts to tap on different things, he lifts both pencils up in the air, smiles and brings them down on the desk, the cubical explodes away and now he is on stage with a rock band playing a real set of drums. Cuts away to a mom with a baby in her hands that is crying and she is on the phone, a little girl is at her feet tugging at her, dressed up in a costume that doesn't fit her too well. She hangs up the phone tosses the baby up in the air a few times to stop it from crying. Puts the baby on her shoulder and pats its back. Walks into the other room and places it in a crib. Walks back into the first room and sees the little girl in the costume that is too big sad at being ignored. The mother smiles and starts to pretend with her, the moms eyes light up and as she picks the little girl up and swings her around she swings onto a stage and is in a full cowgirl outfit with a rifle on her shoulder. you can tell its a stage with an audience. Two cowboys are in front of her with there hands about to draw their pistols. As they go for their guns she lowers her rifle and shots them both and tips her hat at them. The audience stands up clapping as she walks off stage with the two cowboys dead on the ground. A college kid is sitting in a lecture hall looking at a professor writing jibberish on the whiteboard. His eyes are wide and looks confused and overwhelmed. He looks out the window and its dark and raining and sees an old tree swaying in the wind. he holds his hands up and makes a box with his pointing fingers and thumbs and frames the tree in the window. Camera moves in past the window towards the tree, and suddenly a Zombie comes up out of the ground acting all creepy. Then he becomes normal like someone told him to stop. Camera zooms and this is a movie set and the college kid is sitting in the directors chair giving direction as the film crew moves around him. Next the falcon from the logo swoops in and freezes in the silhouette thats in the logo and the company name come. Creatively Free appear.
