I need someone to build a basic GUI interface to the GEOIP DNS service available at [login to view URL] It needs to be a simple multi user GUI that allows users to add and edit DNS zones - which are stored as JSON formatted text files. The user database needs to store username(email address), password, list of domains owned and should be stored in a file based db - not SQL. The interface should be clean and simple, bootstrap themed - I have mockups for this available. Preferably I'd like the project written in Perl and run in a Linux environment - as it will be served over the web.
